A new morning yoga experience is coming to the city, with music courtesy of Hattie Pearson – and it all takes place underneath the Mancunian Way at food, drink and retail destination, Hatch.
The earlybird sessions will provide a taste of things to come ahead of FORM’s RESET Yoga Studio, coming to Bruntwood Works’ Bloc building on 17th May.
Whilst others make the morning commute overhead, attendees will find their own meditative moment of calm beneath the flyover as FORM’s yoga teacher India Hewitt provides a welcome change of pace to your morning via a 60-minute, all-levels yoga class.
And it’s all to the live soundtrack of disco beats provided by Hattie Pearson (Hits Radio, ‘GIRLS ON FILM’), for an experience which is al fresco, undercover and with great tunes.
The new state of the art yoga studio, set to open at Bruntwood Works’ Bloc building in May, will create a wellbeing hub for the city with a rolling programme of yoga, pilates and wellbeing-based classes running daily, all designed to help employees blend fitness seamlessly into the working day.
Workplace wellness is central to the Bruntwood Works ethos, say owners, which is all about blending work and lifestyle to bring balance to business.
The partnership with FORM is designed to remove barriers to keeping fit and healthy – making it easy for employees to make exercise an everyday part of a fulfilling workplace routine, and in turn improve mental wellbeing and productivity.
Technology will monitor and optimise air quality, a state-of-the-art wellness suite, a sleep pod, wellness room, and a cascading garden in the foyer will all feature.
The RESET Studio by FORM will also be open to the general public, not just those working at Bloc, creating a whole new wellness community in the city centre.
The RESET sessions at Hatch take place on Wednesday mornings, and must be booked in advance at eventbrite.co.uk.
