Deliveroo has revealed plans to launch a free food festival at Victoria Warehouse in Manchester next month.

Celebrating tasty treats from around the globe, it will showcase a range of foodie favourites spanning everything from all-American classics to Mediterranean bites.

Even better, it’s all going to be free.

Set up like a gastronomic maze, the event will be serving a mixture of cuisines from around the world. But you’ll have to work a little bit to find some of them.

You’ll explore your way through hidden doorways and streets, uncovering a secret diner and concealed Italian streets filled with delicious treats on the way.

Make sure to look out for a fridge door knocking around the ‘House of Roos’ bar to get your hands on some dirty burgers and stacked fries, and keep your eyes peeled for a telltale Vespa, which will mark the entrance to the festival’s Italian quarter.

Promising beautiful mock Italian streets and plenty of Mediterranean morsels to be savoured, we’ll be making a bee-line for this one.

Meanwhile, over in the Asian quarter, there’ll be a tuk-tuk sat waiting to transport you through an array of bustling food stalls in true Eastern style.

Expect food – lots of food – from some of Deliveroo’s most popular Manchester operators including the likes of Byron Burger, Barburrito, Tampopo, Zouk and Gusto.

Dishing up everything from curries to doughnuts, there’ll be a chance for punters to try a little bit of everything.

There’ll be music, too, with headline sets from live acts taking place across the weekend. Perfect for when you’ve hit the wall and can stuff your face no more – pull up a pew and settle down with a beer in hand from the adjacent bar. Lovely stuff.

A family-friendly affair, Deliveroo’s World of Food Festival will take place at Victoria Warehouse, Manchester on Saturday 6th July.

Tickets, like the food, are free, but registration is required to gain entry on the day.
