And you can forget how you imagine the conditions of student property.

Prodigy Living unveils two new student properties after a circa £3.5m refit, with exceptional service, in the heart of Manchester.

Prodigy Living has announced the launch of new student properties; Lambert House and Fairfield House, offering a new generation of student accommodation for the ever-growing and cosmopolitan city.

The two new high-end student properties come complete with bowling alleys, karaoke and gaming rooms, gyms, club lounges, cinemas, study spaces and outstanding levels of service, and are set to provide a boost to Manchester’s ranking on the student map.

The brand behind these student communities is Prodigy Living, which has its northern and midlands headquarters in Manchester. The company has worked with local businesses to complete the refurbishment of these buildings.

Speaking about the launch of these properties, Michelle Singleton, Regional Operations Manager at Prodigy Living, comments “Manchester offers some of the world’s greatest education and is a very desirable place to study for students from around the globe”.

Singleton continues, “As the city attracts more students, accommodation will need to cater for different demands and requirements, particularly from those who have high expectations from their future home. The launch of the Lambert House and Fairfield House communities from Prodigy Living will help this city attract more students and provide a further boost to this thriving city”.

Lambert House has 183 rooms across 3990 sqm while Fairfield House has 174 rooms across its 4000sqm space. The accommodation ranges from en-suite rooms and studios to three bedroom flats. All bills and super-fast 100MB wi-fi are included and both properties have on-site security.

Both Lambert House and Fairfield House have started taking bookings for the next academic year, with rooms available from £139 per week. Further information about them can be found online here.
