2020 was an incredibly tough year for most of us, there’s no doubt about that.
But your 2021 could be about to get a whole lot brighter.
Imagine picking up the keys to your new five bedroom detached house, worth over half a million, in a sought-after Greater Manchester postcode.
Set in its own grounds, behind a drystone wall with electric gates to ensure privacy and security, it’s surrounded by beautiful gardens on three sides with mature trees and a tree swing.
The ample drive can accommodate three cars, including your stunning 2004 Ferrari 360 Spider – a jaw-dropping asset only set to appreciate in value in the coming years, or to be enjoyed on a summer day in the wonderful countryside in this area.
The house, named Bramble Lodge, is situated conveniently between Bolton and Chorley, close to Adlington, once home to a famous ex-Manchester United footballer who lived just across the road.
It’s a top spot, located near outstanding primary schools and close to the award-winning The Cherry Tree at Blackrod, named the best restaurant in the area and boasting celebrity fans, including a well-known Bolton comedian who has been spotted enjoying their superb takeaways during lockdown.
Inside, there are three gorgeous reception rooms and a huge kitchen area with a breakfast bar and an Aga.
An elegant spiral staircase leads upstairs to five double sized bedrooms, one with an en-suite and slipper bath.
It’s a dream house, and no mistake.
And it could be yours for just £2. Including the Ferrari.
Yes, you did read that right. You could soon be pulling up to your new five bedroom family home in one of the best open-top supercars, all for less than the price of a takeaway coffee.
That’s because Jennifer Matthews and her husband David are raffling their £590,000 five bedroom family home and Ferrari for just £2 per ticket.
The couple built Bramble Lodge on Chorley Road from scratch eight years ago, but now they’re looking to move on – which means the huge detached house is up for grabs.
“It’s such an unusual house,” says Jennifer.
“There’s no other house in the world like this, because we built it ourselves. It’s completely unique.
“And now someone could win this absolutely fantastic prize for just £2. Someone’s dream really could come true!”
The couple are using a platform called Raffall to sell all the tickets by 14th February – or until the last ticket is sold, whichever comes first.
Which would make it the most impressive Valentine’s present imaginable, frankly.
A lucky winner will be chosen at random – but you’ve got to be in it to win it, so make sure you get your ticket sharpish as they’re sure to go fast.
