Tatton Park Pop Up Festival will soon return for its second summer, taking over Cheshire’s majestic Tatton Park for six weeks.

Launching with The Rocket Man (Friday 24th June) – the world’s favourite celebration of a musical icon – this tribute to Elton John will take you down the Yellow Brick Road with two hours of glorious Elton hits, including Saturday Night’s Alright, Crocodile Rock, I Guess That’s Why They Call It The Blues, I’m Still Standing, Your Song and more.

With the real Elton performing at London’s Hyde Park the same night, this is your chance to celebrate Elton John in this corner of Cheshire.

Also on the bill for the launch weekend is Jurassic Earth (Saturday 25th June), the popular dinosaur experience show where clever animatronics bring the Jurassic era to life, and ABBA Mia the Party (Sunday 26th June), a fusion of all things great about ABBA and the Mamma Mia films, filled with sequins, flares, dancing and of course, all of ABBA’s biggest hits.

Visitors can expect great days out for all the family, including The Greatest Family Show (Saturday 2nd July, Saturday 30th July, Friday 5th August), The Greatest Circus Show (Sunday 3rd July, Friday 8th July, Friday 5th August), Kidchella (Sunday 10th July, Saturday 6th August) and Princess Party (Saturday 16th July, Friday 29th July, Thursday 4th August).

Tribute nights also include disco night Lost in Music (Friday 1st July), and Mania The ABBA Tribute (Friday 15th July).

There are nights to party on down, including Symphonic Ibiza (Saturday 2nd July, Saturday 23rd July), Bohemian Disco (Saturday 9th July) and Disco Classical Presents Classic Decks (Saturday 6th August)

Famous faces include Craig Charles Funk and Soul Club (Thursday 7th July) and Martin Kemp Back to the 80s (Thursday 4th August), with a closing night of Proms in the Park (Sunday 7th August).

Each event will accommodate up to 1,200 ticket holders seated at Squares of four, five or six guests.

The Squares include private seating and table service, with VIP Squares also benefiting from premium seating and a VIP lounge.

Every event will include a new and exciting seating structure, including 50 VIP Squares with a selected VVIP front row, premium and standard tickets – offering a range of ticket prices.

“I am so excited to see the return of the Tatton Park Pop Up Festival this summer,” said Rebecca Hartley, festival founder.

“Last year’s event was spectacular and we had such overwhelming support that we knew we had to bring this experience back to Cheshire for another run.

“This year’s festival features over 30 separate shows over a six week run and we’ve had a fabulous reception so far.

“So, if you don’t have your tickets yet, make sure you get them soon and we’ll see you there for days and nights filled with laughter, fun, singing and dancing!”

The Tatton Park Festival will begin on Friday 24th June and run until Sunday 7th August 2022, with events planned every weekend as well as on Thursday evenings and some days during the school holidays. The full line-up and tickets can be found at tattonparkpopupfestival.co.uk.
