In today’s Budget, it’s been announced that Stamp Duty relief has been extended on house purchases in England.

If you’re looking for a family-sized home in the city centre, there’s never been a better time to buy.

Customers buying one of House by Urban Splash’s Town House properties at New Islington – one of Manchester’s most exciting new neighbourhoods – can save up to £15,000 if they complete on their home before the scheme ends in the summer.

Just think, that’s much more in the pot for fun stuff like the garden, decorating or furniture.

Three, four and five bedroom properties are available, and they come with gardens, parking, and overlooking New Islington Marina – a pretty rare offering for a city centre environment.

There’s a great school, cafes and a park here, too, making it an ideal spot for a new home.

If you’re ready to visualise your new life in a New Islington Town House, check out House by Urban Splash’s new vinyl collection for an alternative show home experience.

The new vinyl installation brings the open plan space to life, showing how one of their alternative floor plans would work in this space.

As well as showing you where the walls would be, there are everyday items such as phones, tablets, hairdryers and plants all strategically laid out to show what real life can look like in a House by Urban Splash home.

They’ve even marked out a sunny spot for your four-legged family members, too.

The vinyl layout of this show home is one of their most popular Town House formats, showing a WFH office space plus a bedroom complete with walk-in wardrobe, en-suite shower room and a striking pitched roof.

It’s on sale now at New Islington, where life’s centred around a marina, park, and OFSTED-Outstanding school – all within walking distance of Manchester city centre.

What more could you want from a neighbourhood?

The properties are ready to move into from Summer 2021.

Or for those looking for flats, how about the Mansion House apartments overlooking the water at New Islington?

Each offers a unique, exposed pine interior, huge windows and balconies.

Across the road at Avro, House by Urban Splash are down to the final three homes, which are some of the biggest apartments in the city, too.

And bear in mind, all of these homes will have no, or significantly reduced, Stamp Duty to pay.

Physical and virtual viewings are available now if you want to take a look around.
