Absolute Body Solutions has become one of Manchester’s most talked about personal training gyms, with clients across the city getting incredible results by following the gym’s renowned body transformation programmes.
Check out their Instagram and you’ll see hundreds of transformations featuring people of all shapes and sizes.
ABS’s most popular programme is the 6-Week Transformation.
We asked owner Connor O’Brien about how their trainers help clients achieve life-changing results in just over a month.
“Be consistent with your training,” he said. “At ABS, most of our clients train three times a week with each session lasting 45 minutes.
“Training hard is fundamental to what we do at ABS, and our facility is set up to allow our workouts to be extremely efficient. The intensity of your workout is key to achieving results, no matter what gym you train at.
“Another key element is our trainers. They ensure that the client’s technique is absolutely on point for every rep. This matters so much for the end result. They also have the equipment set up properly meaning that all the client must do is move seamlessly through the workout.
“Each client receives a tailored nutrition plan, which is important. Not everyone reacts to a certain nutrition plan in the same way, or likes the same foods. We create our nutrition plans to suit each individual’s goals, tastes and what they are able to stick to.
“I think everybody should track results, it keeps you on track and also helps your motivation when you see the results you have achieved. The best way to do this is take before and after photos. We do it with all of our clients at ABS alongside our bodyfat testing.
“At ABS, we put all of the above together, along with a positive gym atmosphere, our bespoke nutrition plans and constant help and advice from the trainers. That’s our winning formula for achieving results.”
Whether you want to fine tune your fitness or you’re looking for a complete lifestyle overhaul and have never stepped into a gym in your life, ABS will deliver.
ABS is at 29 Peter Street above Rudy’s Pizzeria and next to Albert’s Schloss.
