It doesn’t get any better than a champagne tasting dinner with fish and chips – and that’s exactly what Randall & Aubin has in store on April 25th.

The acclaimed Manchester seafood restaurant has teamed up with the Fizz Club to put together a very special event revolving around the best food and wine pairing of all time.

Guests will enjoy a two-course meal of the finest, freshly prepared fish and chips followed by dessert whilst tasting, and learning about, a range of top quality champagnes from Jacques Chaput and others in the EspritdeChampagne range, alongside Randall & Aubin’s own delicious label.

Special guests will be EspritdeChampagne’s Neil Dixon, winner of the ‘Best Champagne‘ award at The Fizz Festival in both Altrincham and Harrogate in 2017, and Jacques Chaput of Jacques Chaput Champagne, who will be sharing some of his champagne making secrets with guests on the night.

Tickets for the evening will set you back just £45, or £40 if you’re already a Fizz Club member.
