Double delights at Tattu this Spring as new menu and Tribe of Tattu brunch events launch

Tattu Restaurants is bringing a burst of colour and flavour this spring with the launch of their new menu and Tribe of Tattu Sunday Brunches.

Inspired by nature, guests can indulge in elegant dishes such as the fragrant Miso Glazed Chicken and the Tuna Sashimi Flower with Nori, sesame, and wasabi mayo.

For vegans and vegetarians, Tattu has added a new vegan dish, the Mongolian Mock Beef, packed with flavours of sesame, soy, and peppers.

No meal is complete without a sweet ending, and the Phoenix Nest dessert pays homage to the blooms around you with peanut butter fudge, honeycomb, fluffy marshmallow, and delicate edible flowers.

The excitement doesn’t stop there.

Tattu is also launching a new Sunday event, the Tribe of Tattu Brunch, starting on 9th April, and every bank holiday Sunday in May.

Immerse yourself in the mesmerising rhythms of tribal-house music provided by Tattu’s resident DJs while enjoying free-flowing Tattu Signature cocktails.

Geometric shapes pulsing across the walls will transport you to a world of connection and celebration, where music, entertainment, and free spirit are at the heart of the party.

The three-wave set menu features Tattu’s hero dishes, combined with exciting new flavours and ingredients.

Tuna Sashimi Flower

The Tribe of Tattu Brunch menu also features the Tuna Sashimi Flower, the Red Snapper Tom Yum infused with lemongrass and kaffir lime, and the Wok-Fired Angry Bird with chicken, roasted chilli peppers, and sesame honey soy.

For £50 extra, you can add the £50 free flowing champagne package and indulge yourself with Laurent-Perrier Brut.

Tattu’s skilled mixologists are also serving up a limited edition Ruby Rose cocktail, featuring the delicate notes of cherry blossom Everleaf Mountain and yuzu, perfectly complemented by the effervescence of Laurent-Perrier Rosé.
