Tattu Restaurants is bringing a burst of colour and flavour this spring with the launch of their new menu and Tribe of Tattu Sunday Brunches.
Inspired by nature, guests can indulge in elegant dishes such as the fragrant Miso Glazed Chicken and the Tuna Sashimi Flower with Nori, sesame, and wasabi mayo.
For vegans and vegetarians, Tattu has added a new vegan dish, the Mongolian Mock Beef, packed with flavours of sesame, soy, and peppers.
No meal is complete without a sweet ending, and the Phoenix Nest dessert pays homage to the blooms around you with peanut butter fudge, honeycomb, fluffy marshmallow, and delicate edible flowers.
The excitement doesn’t stop there.
