Sexy Fish will offer guests an opulent, Asian-inspired dining destination, open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, cocktails, and late-night entertainment

Caprice Holdings has revealed that the highly acclaimed Sexy Fish restaurant concept is expanding its global footprint with the opening of its third outpost, set to debut this autumn in Manchester.

Following its resounding successes in London’s Mayfair in 2015 and Miami’s Brickell district in 2022, the launch of Sexy Fish Manchester has sparked excitement amongst the foodie community in the North-West.

Opulence Amidst the Urban Landscape

Nestled in the heart of Manchester’s bustling Spinningfields district, Sexy Fish Manchester will command attention within a striking landmark building that graces the Deansgate area.

The interior promises a feast for the senses, with captivating artworks by the renowned international artist, Damien Hirst, taking centre stage. Notably, the space will house three monumental sculptures that showcase aquatic life, a nod to the restaurant’s affinity with the ocean.

The venue’s design will further boast iconic ‘Fish Lamps’ by the world-famous designer and architect Frank Gehry, harmonising effortlessly with a breathtaking Verde Esmerelda stone floor and masterfully crafted Venetian glass columns from the famed Murano island.

A Culinary Voyage with Asian Flair

Sexy Fish Manchester invites guests to embark on a culinary journey inspired by the seas of Asia. Helmed by Chef Director Bjoern Weissgerber, the menu is a symphony of flavours, showcasing both signature dishes and exclusive creations tailored for the Manchester palate.

Expect delights such as the succulent Duck Salad, the tantalising Smoked Tuna Belly, the crisp and flavorful Crispy Eringi Mushroom, as well as the decadent Black Cod and King Crab, all set against the backdrop of Manchester’s urban sophistication.

An Unparalleled Drinking Experience

True to the Sexy Fish legacy, the Manchester outpost will be home to the country’s largest champagne collection, boasting an impressive 75 different references, alongside top vintages from renowned estates and a selection of exquisite sake wines.

The innovative Trinity Menu, renowned cocktails from London and Miami, and four bespoke creations tailored specifically for Sexy Fish Manchester will take the drinking experience to new heights. ]

Among these, the Strawberry & Grapefruit cocktail, featuring Hibiki Harmony Japanese whisky, strawberry, grapefruit, black pepper, lemon, and soda, promises a tantalising sip of Manchester sophistication.

Late-Night Extravaganza

As the sun sets, Sexy Fish Manchester will transform into an exclusive late-night entertainment venue, featuring world-class international performers and DJs. Fridays and Saturdays will come alive with a carefully curated late-night menu, offering a delightful conclusion to the day’s indulgence.

Adding an element of enchantment, the private dining room, aptly named The Tropical Reef Room, will feature an awe-inspiring aquarium teeming with exotic fish, transporting diners to an underwater oasis.

Caprice Holdings Chairman, Richard Caring, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Myself and the entire company are extremely excited to bring Sexy Fish to the vibrant and amazing city of Manchester this autumn.

“Manchester follows on from the successful restaurants in London and Miami. Caprice Holdings as a company has an affinity with the city, and we believe that Sexy Fish will be loved and enjoyed by the people of Manchester.”

Sexy Fish Manchester’s imminent arrival promises to redefine Manchester’s culinary and entertainment landscape, inviting locals and visitors alike to experience the fusion of opulence, flavour, and allure that the Sexy Fish brand is renowned for.
