Fancy a Rudy’s pizza or Solita burger for 6p? Here’s how

To celebrate Deliveroo turning six in Manchester, the food-delivery company is dropping the price of thousands of local favourites down to just six pence (plus service fee) for three days only.

Starting from today (Tuesday 4th May), Deliveroo will be slashing the prices of 1800 meals (600 per day) across nine restaurants, with a different cuisine every day.

And the offer includes dishes from some of Manchester’s favourite burger, pizza and sushi restaurants such as Rudy’s, Yard & Coop, Solita and Zumu.

You can save up to £10, with dishes usually priced at £8.50 – £14 dropping to a mere 6p (plus service fee) for a limited time only.

Here’s what you can get each day.

Tuesday 4th May: burgers

On day one, customers can enjoy these deliciously discounted burgers: 

The Diablo Burger from Gourmet Burger inc for 6p (normally £7.95); Buff Daddy Burger from Yard & Coop for 6p (normally £14); and The Solita Burger from Solita NQ for 6p (normally £13.50).

They all open for delivery at midday.

Wednesday 5th May: pizzas

On day two, customers can take their pick of Manchester’s finest pizzas including: 

Any pizza from Rudy’s (Peter St) for 6p; any Chicago deep dish pizzas from American Pies for 6p; and any margherita pizza from Double Zero for 6p.

The pizzas usually cost between £8.50 – £13.50.

Rudy’s and American Pies open from midday, with Double Zero opening at 5.45pm.

Thursday 6th May: sushi 

On the last day of celebrations, sushi fans can order bargain platters from Zumu.

This includes a platter for one, with a mix of items from Zumu Wilsmlow, Zumu Didsbury or Zumu Ancoats for 6p – usually priced at £9.99.

Ancoats and Wilmslow branches open at midday, while Didsbury opens at 4pm.

“We want to give back to our loyal customers and what better way to celebrate turning six than to slash the prices of their favourite dishes in town down to 6p!”
