Pretty Little Thing’s Umar Kamani has gone on a gift-giving spree on Twitter, clearing off followers’ credit card debts and even booking a trip to Disneyland for a sick four-year-old.

The Manchester boss hosted an hour-long takeover on the company’s official account on Sunday and took the time to grant some Christmas wishes.

Some asked for clothes and gift cards to spend online. One asked for a BLT sandwich.

Others went bigger with their requests, with people asking for a job with the company, for debts to be cleared, and for holidays abroad.

Twitter user Ellie Kent asked for a little money in the bank, or a little something to spend with Pretty Little Thing this Christmas, adding that she wanted to treat her mum “the way she deserves.”

The millionaire entrepreneur responded by giving them both a £50 voucher to spend online.

He handed out vouchers to followers heading out on first dates, celebrating weight loss and looking to cheer up friends or impress their boyfriend’s family at Christmas.

One follower was given six sets of unicorn PJs, whilst another was gifted a set from the PLT x Little Mix collection.

But not all the requests he received were for clothes. Twitter use Alicea Nicole asked for a job with the company, adding: “it’s hard to get a job in a wheelchair.”

This prompted Kamani to respond “what department would you most like to work in?”

And when Twitter user Brittany Clarke tweeted to ask for a trip to Disneyland for her four-year-old cousin who is currently fighting leukaemia for when he’s better, it touched everyone’s hearts.

Fellow Twitter users poured in to share their own experiences of struggles with leukaemia and to wish the little boy a speedy recovery, as Kamani tweeted that he would arrange a weekend trip for them along with some clothes.

He also agreed to wipe a follower’s £755 credit card debt, with the lucky recipient replying: “OMG. You have no idea how happy I am! I’m crying and my hands are shaking at work. You’ve made my year! Thank you so much!”

He also handed out trips to visit Pretty Little Thing HQ in Manchester during his hour-long philanthropic takeover, responding “MANCHESTER is the best!”.

Since his generous takeover finished, Twitter has been flooded with users asking for their #PrettyLittleWishes to be granted.

But for now, at least, it seems Kamani’s Twitter spending spree is finished.

Publicity stunt or not, we have to commend the festive spirit. He’s definitely made some Christmas dreams come true.

Maybe he’ll grant some more before the 25th – there are still 22 days to go, after all.
