Much anticipated new Ibiza-style late night bar and lounge Lazy Lizard opened its doors last night to Manchester revellers to kick off the open parties early and revealed its stunning interior and state of the art light and sound system.

Internationally renowned DJ Erick Morillo played an exotic mix of house and tech house music, with Pete Gooding (Café Mambo), Oliver Lang (Bora Bora), Steve Valverde (Es Paradis) and E.M.A (featuring Girl on Sax) bringing the sounds of beach house into the mix.

Designed and styled to bring an authentic slice of the Balearic isle to Manchester, Lazy Lizard is hedonistic fun and already boasts some of the best house DJ line-ups in the city, plus a VIP experience complete with luxury booths and table service sponsored by premium Ciroc Vodka.

With a world exclusive sound system and cutting edge lighting designed by the team who tour with some of the world’s biggest DJ’s, Lazy Lizard promises to be the hottest venue in the city.

Lazy Lizard Thursday nights will bring the very best resident club DJ’s from Ibiza on a weekly basis.

Headlining on Thursday 7th December will be Pete Gooding (Café Mambo) plus Lazy Lizard residents. Advance tickets are on sale from £6.

On Friday 8th December, Lazy Lizard brings another music legend to Manchester – four times grammy-nominated DJ and producer Kenny Dope, who will headline with his fusion of house, hip-hop, Latin, jazz, funk & soul, launching a very special monthly residency with Ministry of Sound Presents.

The Ministry of Sound residency will bring some of the biggest names on the house music scene and the best in emerging talent. Earlybird tickets are on sale from £12. VIP tickets are also available.

Saturday 9th December brings the launch of another huge monthly residency. Straight from Ocean Beach in Ibiza, Soul Heaven will bring their signature smooth grooves plus a cast of highly respected artists to Manchester, with Norman Jay MBE headlining.

Soul Heaven will take guests from the sunshine-fuelled Balearic afternoons of the summer through to the twinkling dark Manchester nights.

Lazy Lizard will be the new home of classic house music every Saturday night. Earlybird tickets are on sale from £15. VIP tickets also available.

Lazy Lizard will be open Thursday to Saturday, and promises a mix of tech, deep and classic house music until 4am.
