Last but certainly not least is Randall & Aubin, who really have gone all out in Pride celebrations this year. Introducing The Rainbow Wheel, a carousel of 6 different cocktails – each one a different flavour, colour, and representation, in honour of the LGBT+ pride flag. The red, strawberry Bellini represents life, the orange, peach-flavoured Bellini represents healing, and the yellow lemon Bellini represents sunlight. Green apple constitutes nature, the blueberry suggests serenity, and finally the blackcurrant Bellini equates to spirit. Wow!

The special is on offer from the 23rd-26th of August and for every cocktail sold, Randall & Aubin will donate £1 to The Proud Trust, a charitable organisation which helped young LGBT+ members across Manchester. You go, Randall and Aubin!
