Artisan Spinningfields Tim Bacon

Our excitement began when we discussed the opening of high end Manchester House during a taster at Artisan. And it’s no surprise that imaginations were fired and tongues set wagging.

Famous for revitalising the dining scene in Manchester’s Spinningfields with such high profile venues as Australasia, The Alchemist and The Oast House, Living Ventures has a proven track record when it comes to ‘raising the bar’!

“We’re financially strong enough to do things we want to do.”

Tim Bacon, CEO of Living Ventures, and Aiden Byrne, Michelin star Chef, have already invited us to lunch to mark the opening of their new fine dining collaboration, Manchester House.

Tim told us: “We’re financially strong enough to do things we want to do. Australasia and Artisan are prime examples of that.”

Manchester House is the second high end venture from Tim Bacon and his team at Living Ventures following the phenomenal success of Australasia, a casual fine dining restaurant and late night lounge that has become the destination of choice in Manchester.

“…unique 360° view over Manchester with a 15 metre floor to ceiling bar and outdoor terraces on each corner.”

The restaurant will combine fine dining traditions with understatement and discretion, boasting a ultra-modern finish with an open kitchen where Aiden Byrne and his team will create a menu of Modern British inspired dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. The Lounge Bar is situated on the top floor showcasing a unique 360° view over Manchester with a 15 metre floor to ceiling bar and outdoor terraces on each corner.

MORE INFO

Manchester House will be open in September with bookings being taken until the end of August. You can book online at www.manchesterhouse.uk.com.
