Manchester Airport release list of countries you can travel to without the need to self-isolate

Summer holidays have been given a boost with the latest government news that people returning from amber list countries no longer have to quarantine from 19th July if they have been fully vaccinated.

To celebrate the news, Manchester Airport is offering 20% off parking when you book directly through this link – but be quick, this discount is only available for a limited time.

MAN Airport is also offering FREE cancellation on all parking bookings up to one hour before your arrival time, so if your plans change, we’ve got you covered.

Which countries are on the green list?

On Friday 7th May 2021, the UK government announced the initial countries to be added to the green list. This list will be reviewed every three weeks. On 24th June 2021, the UK government added the Balearic Islands, Madeira, Malta and others to the green list.

Can I book my PCR testing package at Manchester Airport?

Yes! Manchester Airport has onsite testing facilities for those returning from green and amber countries. The airport offers the PCR tests required on day 2 for arrivals from green countries and days 2 and 8 for arrivals from amber countries. They also provide the test to release tests which, if negative, will allow arrivals from amber countries to leave self-isolation early – on day 5.
