The venue, tucked away on Dantzic street is just behind the N.O.M.A and approximately a ten minute walk from Manchester Victoria.

It is opening just in time for the Qatar football World Cup, and they will be screening all the England games on a huge indoor central screen.

Love Factory will be showing England vs Iran on November 21, followed by the England vs USA match on November 25, then England vs Wales on November 29.

All the matches will be projected onto the huge wall of the warehouse, aiming to provide an ‘immersive experience’.

There will be beer hall style bench seating along side standing ‘singing terraces’.

In collaboration with Carling Brewery, the Official Carling Fan Zone will take over the cavernous warehouse alongside General Seating.

Alternatively, guests can catch the action from the dedicated Singing Terraces – a standing area as an ode to the days when the grounds rarely had seating.

There will be plenty to eat too –  including local food from Ate Days a Week, who will provide their award winning pies if you fancy a snack.

They are running a special rotating pie menu for the different countries playing.

Groups are also catered for with Hospitality Boxes located on the mezzanine.

The Hospitality Boxes comes kitted-out with state-of-the-art flatscreens and fine-tuned sound systems – where guests can experience every goal, counter-attack and last-minute tackle in crystal detail, and feel the atmosphere direct from the grounds.

Food and drink packages are also available and delivered fresh to your box for complete privacy in the lap of luxury.

Classic Football shirts will be showcasing a curated collection of World Cup jerseys.

The exhibition will look at past iconic World Cup moments and wins – and portray the culture of football through the lens of these jerseys.

The collection will see England match worn shirts including 1990 Home, 1998 Home and many more. This match worn shirts represent historical moments, remembered and shared by millions and it has become precious artefacts.

The venue will host live halftime punditry and commentators from talkSPORT providing site-specific match commentary for a genuine one-off experience.
