Sundays can now be spent indulging in a bottomless brunch with endless Argentine bubbles, cocktails and fresh juices to the sound of a live DJ spinning bassy beats.

‘in true Gaucho style, it offers much more than your usual Sunday dining experience’

Because the arrival of the Gaucho Electro Brunch, a new twist of the popular brunching trend, means weekends in Manchester just got better. And, in true Gaucho style, it offers much more than your usual Sunday dining experience, just as you’d expect.

Teaming up with Genre Music residency, a boutique music consultancy with access to the best DJs in the city and beyond, Gaucho will now be home to the most upbeat brunch in the city with some of the most sought after DJs on the Manchester music scene.

Feast your way through a mighty all-inclusive menu with dishes including eggs benedict and eggs florentine; oven baked chorizo sausage served with egg and mushrooms; grilled provoleta cheese with sourdough; churrasco de cuadril steak and fried egg; chivito sandwich served with lomito picante, tomato, egg and bacon; smoked salmon with scrambled eggs; banana pancakes and dulce de leche; and yoghurt with fresh fruit salad and honey.

The endless drinks menu includes a fresh juice bar with over twenty seasonal fruits and vegetables that the Gaucho bar team will blend to your taste, as well as Gaucho’s Bloody Mary made with Stolichnaya Gold Vodka, tomato juice, chimichurri, citrus and Tabasco.

Argentina’s sparkling Domaine Chandon is also on offer, as well as a signature breakfast cocktail that will change each week.

The Electro Brunch takes place every Sunday at Gaucho, 2A St Mary’s Street in Manchester, from 11am to 2pm with unlimited food and drinks included* for £45 per person.
