Move over Manchester fitness clubs and gyms. There’s a new kind of health club in town.

It’s called hero Training Club and it’s got every single aspect of your health and wellbeing covered. It’s the FIRST health and wellbeing club in the UK to run not only exercise and physical activity classes but mental and emotional health classes too.

It’s got four stunning training studios, reflecting four different disciplines of training; Athletic, Cardio, Rejuvenate and Stronger.

There’s also a comprehensive wellbeing service to give your mental health a boost and a full programme of complementary services such as one to one and group counselling, hypnotherapy, sleep workshops, mindfulness sessions and resilience classes.

You will also have access to Navigator, hero’s online and app-based technology platform. This offers incredible insights and allows you to track every single aspect of your health and wellbeing including sleep, mindfulness, activity and diet, and allows you to understand trends and devise improvement strategies with the help and support of trained and qualified specialists.

As if all that’s not enough, hero Training Club has a state of the art cryotherapy chamber to ensure your body is fully recovered regardless of your training.

If this sounds like your kind of club and you would like to take a look round and try what’s on offer, the good news is that I Love MCR has teamed up with hero to offer you a completely free place at its open weekend from 12th-14th October.

There will be a range of different sessions from training and technique workshops, handstand classes, mindfulness sessions, health checks plus much more.

You’ll be able to try out as many classes as you like completely free of charge and attend a Wellness seminar by Andy Romero Birbeck, hero’s Director of Education and Delivery.

He’ll be hosting three 30 minute Lunch & Learn seminars on Improved Sleep, Stress Management and Positive Psychology.

Please note places are limited, towels are provided and boxing gloves are provided for the combat class.

Or just pop in for a look round and try some delicious and nutritious delights from Balance Meals, Love Taste, and Supernova Protein.
