Enjoy a Festive Barbecue Feast at Red’s True BBQ

If you thought a Christmas barbecue is something you can only enjoy if you live in the Southern Hemisphere, think again.

It may be cold outside but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the same food right here in the heart of Manchester, courtesy of Red’s True Barbecue.

From succulent pulled pork stuffing balls to oak smoked turkey, Red’s True Barbecue has the perfect Yuletide feast that is a bespoke twist on the traditional Christmas dinner.

Famous for their prime cuts, slow cooked meats and smoky tastes, Red’s is the place to go if you are craving a feast of barbecue favourites. Red’s opened its doors in Manchester last year and quickly became a place of worship for barbecue lovers, luring us away from the horrors of the bad British BBQ and welcoming us into the Church of True Barbecue.

Red’s Festive Feast includes dishes that are classic to the restaurant with a nod to traditional Christmas favourites. Munch down on sharing platters of Oak Smoked Turkey, Baby Back Ribs, Pulled Pork Stuffing Balls, Cheese and Jalapeno Links in Blankets, Jerk Country Rib, BBQ Chicken Wings and Festive Cornbread.

And if that’s not enough to tickle your taste buds, sample sides of Candied Yams, Cauliflower Cheese Grill, BBQ Green Beans and, of course, Skin-on Fries. This feast of meat costs £22 per head, including a £10 per person deposit.

Drinks for the table can also be booked in advance. They aren’t included in the per person cost but there are some great offers such as 24 cans of Pistonhead Full Throttle for £98 and 6 bottles of wine for £99.

You can book this unique BBQ feast every Monday to Friday in December right up until Christmas Eve, so for a casual dining experience with an American Deep South vibe, book early to avoid disappointment!

This is the first time Red’s have allowed bookings on a Friday so make the most of it and start your December weekend off with a delicious meal and some festive flavours. Red’s is accepting parties of eight or more, making it the perfect option for a works do or an extra special Christmas dinner with your friends.

£22 per head. All bookings must be paid over the phone and a £10 deposit per person is required.
