Chapeltown Picture House are kicking off their new monthly cult TV quiz series for super fans with an entire night of Dawson’s Creek fun.

The multimedia quiz held in this independent cinema will require teams to answer questions on tough trivia, flex their artistic muscles and even send over selfies with their best Dawson impressions.

To keep quizzers hydrated, the team at Chapeltown Picture House have collaborated with local craft brewers Alphabet Brewing Co. to brew a super special one-off beer for the occasion, called ‘I Don’t Want To Wheat (For Our Lives To Be Over)’ – with amazing can art from local artist Hammo.

“We’re really looking forward to all the super fans coming out to show off their Dawson’s Creek nerd credentials – even if you don’t get any questions right everyone is going to have a lot of fun!” says says Tobias Soar, Picture House manager.

The Picture House has several measures in place to give guests peace of mind regarding COVID-19.

These measures include commercial-grade AeraMax Pro air purifiers, socially distanced seating, a one-way entry and exit system, and a fully contactless and cashless ordering experience for drinks, popcorn, vegan pop tarts, and ice cream.

The cinema is also housed within longstanding street food venue GRUB so there will be a great array of top eats and drinks on offer.

This is just the first super fan quiz in a new monthly slot with each event focusing on a different classic TV show.

Coming up later in the year quizzers will be able to show off their trivia brains by answering questions on shows such as The Sopranos, Sex And The City, Lost, Futurama, West Wing, Big Brother, Mad Men and many more.

The Dawson’s Creek quiz is taking place on Wednesday 16th June 2021. Reserving your seats for the quiz is highly recommended as seats are limited and demand is expected to be high. You can find out more and reserve a place at cphmcr.com/dawsonscreek.
