Choice Bar & Restaurant in Castlefield, Manchester is an award winning modern British restaurant and from the first minute you arrive it’s easy to see why.

Set in a picturesque little pocket of Castlefield locks surrounded by canals it has found a perfect spot where people can enjoy being outside the restaurant just as much as in, as long as our Manchester weather plays along!
As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the Maitre d’ Paul who was very courteous and attentive all night. I found the inside of the restaurant to have quite a modern contemporary air to it while at the same time holding onto a warm cosy feel that puts you at ease straight away.
When the food arrived it was aesthetically pleasing and everyone on my table was very impressed by the taste and quality, the Chef Tom with whom I spoke to after my meal is clearly very talented and will surely be a rising star on the Manchester food scene. I had the Venison and it was one of the nicest plates of food I have ever eaten, so tender and melted in the mouth.
I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough, whether on a night out with friends or as a couple you won’t be disappointed, from the atmosphere to the setting and the quality of food Choice Bar & Restaurant ticks all the boxes and only leaves you planning your next trip back.
