Bongo’s Bingo are back in Manchester this summer to throw a brunch special

Bongo’s Bingo are back at their Manchester spiritual home, Albert Hall, for a brunch special this June

The award-winning Bongo’s Bingo is incredibly excited to be back at their Manchester spiritual home, the stunning Albert Hall, on Saturday 5th June and new date Saturday 12th June.

Their first visit is way overdue and for this opening summer show, it’s a brunch special, with food and drinks from midday to 2pm followed by Bongo’s Bingo 2pm – 5pm. Pizzas are supplied by local heroes Rudy’s Pizza.

Expect a shower of Coco Pops, a liberal allocation of celebrity cardboard cutouts (who wants a Phillip Schofield?), fluffy pink unicorns, crowd renditions of Mr Brightside, dance-offs, many hands in the air moments and a mobility scooter thrown in for very good measure.

“We are gearing up for a fantastic Bongo’s Bingo summer and the guys cannot wait to be back in Manchester,” says Jonny Bongo.

“It’s one of our all-time fave locations for what we do and being back in the city will be so special. We know it has been such a difficult time for so many and wants to bring some smiles back and give everyone some much-needed fun. It’s great to be coming back.”

Bongo’s Bingo combines the much-loved quaint pastime of bingo with a mesmeric live show, crazy antics and weird and wonderful prizes which have helped create one of the most talked-about nights out in the country, with pre-pandemic close to 2m tickets sold and pre-pandemic taking place in 50 locations globally. Bongo’s Bingo is a night full of madness, mischief and shared euphoria, with dancing and cheering to hits from across the ages all night long – imagine N Trance’s Set You Free filtered via S Club and Gerry Cinnamon, to en-masse crowd karaoke renditions of Total Eclipse of the Heart.

*Due to unprecedented demand and the first date selling out in just 5 minutes a second summer brunch date has been scheduled in Manchester on Saturday 12th June.*

Tickets for the new Bongo’s Bingo Brunch date go on sale 6pm, Thursday 13th May here!
