This could bring a little extra sparkle to your festive shopping trip to the Manchester Arndale – a new prosecco bar has launched inside the mall.
FIZZ! by Frizzenti is the new bar nestled under the escalators as part of the redeveloped Halle Place which will be fully unveiled later this month.
The 1,300 sq ft fizz and cocktail bar is the first business to open in the newly revamped area, underneath the spectacular glass atrium on the Market Street side of the Arndale.
It will shortly be joined by Wolf Italian street food, Spanish restaurant Tapas Revolution, and a new branch of Manchester’s Mexican favourite, Barburrito.
The bar has a sleek mahogany wood design, with striking blue, white and brown tiled floors in the central area beneath the new escalators.
There will also be a range of hot and cold beverages at the bar, and continental snacks, charcuterie, pastries and cakes, plus some rather tempting looking lemon, pistachio and chocolate cannoli.
Shopping centre bosses have lavished £11m on the revamp of the Halle Square area as a new casual dining destination, which has been taking shape over the past year.
Once complete, it will include nine restaurants that will offer ‘al fresco’ style dining on the mall.
Manchester burger bar Archie’s is the latest name to confirm a place on Halle Square, with more names to be announced in the new year.
FIZZ! By Frizzenti opens from 11am for breakfast, through to lunch and early evening during usual mall shopping hours.
