Aperol Spritz is coming to Manchester with a revolving carousel bar – how to get tickets

Aperol is turning 100 years old! Who knew?

I thought it was a quirky orange coloured bev that had only cropped up in the past few years, with all the cool kids jumping on the bandwagon. But apparently I was wrong.

In true Aperol style, they’re throwing a birthday bash like no other. Making its way from London to Manchester, this pop-up piss-up birthday bash is one celebration you won’t want to miss out on.

A huge revolving carousel bar will form the centrepiece of this epic celebration at the Oast House, where you can hop on and have a ride while being shown how to make the perfect Aperol Spritz.

But if you aren’t living for drinking bevs while in motion, you can also book a slot in a classic Italian car where you and three friends can sip on cocktails delivered straight to your seats, while grabbing the perfect insta selfie.

In true Italian style, Aperol want to get the people of Manchester talking – and more importantly, socialising – with other city centre dwellers they wouldn’t usually speak to.

Taking place from 19th-23rd June, the Italian aperitif’s Big Birthday Social will arrive at The Oast House, where good times and fun times are aplenty.

And with live bands and DJs keeping guests entertained, it’s the perfect summer soiree where you can dance, sing and most importantly, drink the night away.

Entry to the event is free with special deals at the bar costing £6 per cocktail or four for £20.

Only half of the revolving carousel is available to book in advance, so don’t worry about just turning up on the day – there will be plenty of scooter seats to hop onto for a cheeky ride and tipple.
