The new a la carte menu is bursting with tempting new flavours and dishes from starter to dessert. If you’re a fan of seafood, you’ll be spoilt for choice. For starters, how about pan roasted sea scallops with pea puree, pancetta and morel mushrooms or fresh handpicked Devon crab with apple, cucumber and brown crab mayonnaise, to name but two?

For your main course, maybe something from Smoak’s signature grill – or will something else catch your eye? The choice of steaks is incredible. Pan roast Australian Black Angus New York strip steak is the star of the show, but there’s a selection of other dishes ready to steal the spotlight, including an incredible lobster risotto and succulent Iberico pork cutlets.

Add a couple of Smoak’s deliciously tempting sides such as truffle and Parmesan pomme frites, and green beans with feta & Dijon cream, and even the biggest appetites will be satisfied.

Save room for the indulgent choice of desserts which include hearty classics such as sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and pecan caramel sauce, or a lighter option like affogato – but why not add a shot of Pedro Ximenez, Bailey’s or Amaretto to make it extra naughty!
