Owners and fans of French bulldogs rejoice – there’s a pop-up Frenchie cafe coming to Manchester, complete with PUPiccinos and fresh-baked PUPcakes and DOGnuts.
The Frenchie cafe has been a big hit since launching in London in August, and now the organisers, who have held similar events for fans of the the pug and sausage dog, are bringing the pop-up to the Northern Quarter.
They are inviting all the Frenchies of Manchester to visit their inaugural event on Sunday 4th November at Yard & Coop on Edge Street.
If you have your own French bulldog, or are just a fan, you can book in to a timed session for what is being billed the “paw-ty of the year”.
Your Frenchie will get to meet lots of fellow furry and fabulous friends, tuck into a menu of delicious doggy treats, and pose for the “PUParazzi”.
Humans, meanwhile, will get to tuck into Yard & Coop‘s menu of fried chicken, light bites and huge range of cakes, milkshakes and drinks.
The Frenchie Cafe event is organised by Pug Cafe owner Anushka Fernando. She says: “Our Pug Cafe events have been hugely popular within the pug community and now we are spreading the joy to Frenchies!
“After the huge success of our first Frenchie Café in London this month, we knew we had to bring it to our favourite city – Manchester! Our previous events for pugs and sausage dogs were incredibly popular with not only dog owners but the city’s army of dog lovers, too.
“We expect this event to be just as popular as Frenchies are owned and loved by lots of people, too. We spot so many Frenchies in Manchester city.”
Pug Cafe events are strictly booking only, so you will need to be on the ball to secure your spot.
Booking will go live on Saturday 13th October at 10am, when two secret email addresses will be released on Pugcafe.com, facebook and Instagram.
