Director Simon Hinchliffe, representing Dalcour Maclaren, expressed his excitement about the new office location.

The new office will serve as a hub for chartered surveyors, environmental planners and geospatial data specialists based in Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside.

It will support ongoing projects in the region, including BP’s Morgan Offshore Wind Farm, as well as new major projects currently in development.

Simon adds, “Our Manchester office enables us to better support our clients in major offshore wind, carbon capture, and hydrogen projects, as well as maintain our existing local clients across electricity, gas and water networks.”
