intu Trafford Centre takes food and drink pretty seriously. So seriously that they’ve got 60 bars, restaurants and cafes serving cuisine from all around the globe.

If you’re in the centre on a shopping mission, you can’t beat the Selfridges food hall for a brief pit stop. Simply grab a stool, order your favourite food and enjoy watching the world go by. Order what your heart desires from the Champagne & Seafood bar – whether it’s an indulgent seafood platter, artisan meats or a selection of your favourite cheeses.

And if you enjoy delicious, healthy food you’ll be delighted to hear that The Garden, the popular healthy eatery in Hale Village, has now set up its own pop-up counter here.

The Garden

Got a little more time to stop for a breather? All Bar One is the latest restaurant opening, and is fast becoming famous for its expertly-blended cocktails, extensive selection of wines, beers, plus a distinctive menu with a great range of small plates. Built to share and inspired by different parts of the world, you’ll find it easy to while away an hour or two with friends over a couple of these.

All Bar One

Next door you’ll also find Bill’s restaurant which specialises in fresh, seasonal food from breakfast till dinner time and everything in between. Ask for a cosy booth at the back and enjoy their constantly-changing menu – but honestly, the breakfast is unbeatable.

Café culture is firmly embedded in the psyche of our visitors. It’s a necessity when it comes to fuelling a successful shop. It can be easy to miss Carluccio’s if you don’t pass through the Great Hall entrance, however their blend of coffee – a firmly kept secret – is well worth making the trip for.

And even if you don’t have time to savour the classic family Italian dishes, make sure you pay a visit to the restaurant shop before you leave. Nothing says luxury quite like authentic Italian biscuits, chocolates or a traditional panettone. Go on, you deserve it!

Croma

There are an abundance of hidden gems when it comes to intu Trafford Centre. For example did you know there is a Croma Pizza Point in the ODEON? Fresh Italian ingredients and authentic recipes – enjoy a film in culinary style.

If you’re looking for a calming corner to contemplate your purchases those in the know can be found hidden away from the throngs of shoppers in the lesser-known branches of Costa Coffee in the ODEON or Next on Regent Crescent. Both coffee shops are nestled in the upper level, away from the view of the mall so perfect for a private tête a tête.

The next must-visit spot has to be Leon. Tasty, flavoursome food that is nutritionally good for you and tastes amazing. If you’ve not sampled the delicious halloumi wraps, Sicilian meatballs and tasty Brazilian bean boxes yet, you’re in for a treat when it opens in April.
