20 Stories is saying goodbye to autumn and hello to winter with an Alpine terrace inspired by the Black Forest, replacing its autumnal florals with a transformation befitting the colder days.
The city centre’s rooftop restaurant has transformed until January into a beautiful Alpine terrace, taking inspiration from the winter months spent on the slopes, thanks to a partnership with Monkey 47 Gin to create ‘après-ski in the sky’.
The Alpine themed rooftop features warm toned florals throughout and sees the return of their large winter globes, along with four chalets providing shelter from the indecisive Manchester weather, accommodating seating for up to six guests.
Guests will also be able to enjoy seasonal drinks with a bespoke cocktail menu using Monkey 47 as their star ingredient, along with serves of Perrier-Jouët Champagne.
Featuring amongst the cocktails is a limited edition cocktail with Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut, which contains a 48th ingredient.
Guests can take a seat under a cosy blanket somewhere high above Manchester whilst you sip your way through their specially curated menu 19 floors above the ground, away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below.
“We are excited to welcome you to 20 Stories with a new theme for the winter months,” says Natasha Davies, D&D marketing manager of the North.
“Our aim is to provide a cosy, warm and magical wintry feel that overlooks our wonderful city for those festive celebrations with your friends, colleagues and family.
“We have worked hard to ensure we are able to offer a totally diverse and unforgettable experience that you can’t get anywhere else in the city, and we are sure our guests will love it every inch as much as we do.”
The 20 Stories Alpine terrace will feature throughout the months of November – January in partnership with Monkey 47.
