Christmas is behind us for another year. Most people have over indulged, so as we head towards the new year our thoughts turn to making a few changes to our lives.
And although we sometimes set grossly unrealistic resolutions, many people are beginning to think more seriously about their health and wellbeing.
If you’re one of them and you’d like to make some positive changes to your lifestyle or to exercise more or cut down on alcohol, Ceder’s Retreat is coming to The Loft in Manchester throughout January and the beginning of February with a series of yoga and mindfulness workshops.

Enjoy an introduction to Vinyasa yoga hosted by lifestyle coach, Claudia Mirallegro, a health and wellness maven with a passion for helping people. Claudia will start your journey with restorative yoga followed by a mindfulness workshop, with each one focusing on a different discussion topic:
• 9th January: Vulnerability
• 16th January: Confidence
• 30th January: Creativity
• 6th February: Intention Setting
The Vulnerability workshop will help you examine behaviours that are holding you back from living the life you want, whilst the Intention Setting workshop is designed to allow you to get really specific about what you want from 2020.
The workshops are brought to you by Ceder’s, a distilled non-alcoholic spirit which contains all the flavours of gin but none of the alcohol.
So as well as the activities you’ll also be able to enjoy mindfulness cocktails – perfect for anyone who is taking part in dry January.
Each event will last for two hours and will consist of three sessions:
• Arrival: Arrival drink of Ceder’s and tonic and an introduction by Claudia
• Session 1: 20 minute Vinyasa yoga
• Session 2: 40 minute Restorative yoga
• Break: Ceder’s serve Winter Blossom (10 minutes)
• Session 3: 45 minute mindfulness workshop
• End: Ceder’s ‘Valley Spritz’
The Ceder’s Retreat workshops will take place at The Loft on Thursdays from 9th January to 6th February (excluding 23rd January) from 6.30pm until 8.30pm.
There are 30 spaces available per session and tickets cost £10.
