Indulge in delicious Thai cuisine paired perfectly with a selection of fine wines this month at longstanding Manc fine-dining establishment Chaophraya.

Join the team for a romantic evening filled with delicious Thai cuisine, paired perfectly with a selection of fine wines from an exclusively created menu – with vegetarian options available if you’re not a fish lover.

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco before sitting down to a five-course wine paired dinner.

First, you’ll start with a seafood feast miang kham (scallop ceviche) paired with an Italian Pinot Grigio, followed by red curry battered prawns or red curry battered veg paired with a Wanderlust NZ Sauvignon Blanc, before heading on to the course that has us salivating in the I Love MCR offices: seabass and mango salad (or papaya salad) paired with a delicious Turckheim Reserve Reisling.

Diners will then move on to the intermediate course of weeping tiger or tofu tamarind, paired with a Black Craft Shiraz, before finishing on a sweet note with Chaophraya’s coconut milk pudding and coffee.

The first in a series of wine & dine evenings will be held at Chaophraya on Thursday 26th July at 7pm. Tickets are available for £69.45 per person.

There are only a select amount of tickets available, so don’t miss out on this incredible evening.
