Watch the Wimbledon final in luxury at this private Manchester cinema

Luxury boutique hotel King Street Townhouse is hosting an exclusive screening of this years’ Wimbledon men’s final in their converted cellar space on 14th July.

Sink into plush velvet armchairs and let their staff take care of your every need as you take in the very best of British at this one-off afternoon event. 

It’s something a bit different for a Wimbledon screening, as you’ll not only be watching inside, but underground, too. But it’s the perfect way to keep cool, if you’re not a fan of the sun (or the sun isn’t a fan of you).

And they’ll be bringing the outside in with a special Grand Slam menu choc-full of fresh seasonal favourites from Pimms to strawberries and cream, to make you feel just like you’re sat with a front row seat on Centre Court.  

There’ll be chunky skewers stacked with chicken and chorizo, and mini platters of fish and chips to enjoy – perfect for nibbling as you enjoy all the tennis action.

For dessert you can enjoy the luxury hotel’s twist on the traditional strawberries and cream. King Street Townhouse’s version comes with an added layer of indulgence: it’s served up on fresh fruit scones to give it a bit more ‘oomph’.

There’s also a mysterious-sounding Courtside cake, a light Victoria sponge cake which (we hope) will be decorated to depict Wimbledon’s famous Centre Court.
