The RNCM Young Artists initiative, introduced in September 2022 at the prestigious Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM), aims to empower young individuals aged 11 to 18 from all corners of the North West, presenting them with life-altering opportunities to explore their musical talents and realize their ambitions.
Every Saturday, these gifted participants gather at the RNCM under the guidance of the esteemed Popular Music Department.
They receive unparalleled training, mentorship, and music-making experiences from a lineup of world-class tutors, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the industry.
This Sunday’s grand showcase at Band on the Wall marks a monumental milestone for this year’s cohort of RNCM Young Artists, as they make their debut in the music scene.
With Manchester’s vibrant and thriving musical landscape as the backdrop, they are set to captivate the audience with a repertoire encompassing an array of genres.
From pop and rock to the smooth rhythms of R&B and soul, their setlist promises to be a captivating musical journey that transcends boundaries and genres.
Tickets for the RNCM Young Artists Showcase are available free of charge; however, due to the anticipated demand, reservation is required.
