Independent British restaurant 1761 couldn’t be more Manc if it tried. Passionate about fresh, seasonal and locally sourced British food, the team carefully source all their produce from farmers in the Greater Manchester area to support the local economy.

Not only do they ensure their ingredients are locally sourced, they also donate meals to some of Manchester’s most disadvantaged and needy people through their eat a meal, give a meal partnership with Foodinate, which runs in their restaurant every Monday and Tuesday.

Now they’re showing their local credentials in another way with the release of some proper northern sharing boards for the summer, all served up with a Manc twist.

You can build your own platter from a selection of tasty nibbles from the Northern Portions section of the new menu including mini Manc balls, BBQ Manc fries, and a selection of local cheeses.

Available all day every day for only £17.61, the new sharer boards should be a hit with light lunchers and after-work drinkers alike. A great excuse to work your way through 1761’s impressive list of local nibbles.
