Spinningfields bar The Lawn Club will make a welcome return to Hardman Square once again this summer, offering cocktails, craft beers, wines and a weekly-rotating street food menu.

In addition to the covered veranda bar, you’ll also be able to relax on deck chairs on the lawns for al fresco socialising in the sunshine.

Running until the end of summer, the space will then become a permanent structure in the following year.

Originally closed to make way for the construction of No.1 Spinningfields, the returning pop-up will be based in Hardman Square, which has undergone a dramatic transformation into an urban oasis in the city-centre.

“The Lawn Club, which was a joint venture between Allied London and James Wrigley, was one of our biggest place-making successes when we launched it in 2014,” said Michael Ingall, chief executive of Allied London.

“Over the last few years we’ve worked hard to further the Spinningfields estate, making it a greener space that continues to be a real destination for dining and drinking.

“This pop-up will be a celebration of the hard work done and pre-empt the next phase of development which will see a permanent structure built on the site.”

Opening on Friday 7th June at 4pm, the highly anticipated launch will feature live acoustic music performances and complimentary drinks for those who sign up to the mailing list (click on the button below to sign up).

The Lawn Club bar will be open Monday to Wednesday from 12pm until 8pm, and Thursday to Sunday from 12pm until 11pm.
