We love bottomless brunch, and in Manchester we could eat pie for breakfast – and so we’re thrilled that we can now combine the two.
Deansgate pie purveyors Pieminister are now serving a bottomless pie brunch, and it’s available every Saturday – plus the 2nd/3rd June bank holiday as well – until September 2022.
For £25 per person, you can get a pie served with a side of smoky baked beans as well as bottomless drinks, including cocktails, for an hour and a half.
Or you can go for it without the booze for £11.50.
Pie options include the Morning Glory, perfect for brunch with a filling of free range sausage and bacon with cheesy béchamel sauce and a baked egg .
A meat-free option is Sunny Pie Up, a red onion and rosemary veggie sausage pie with béchamel sauce and a baked egg.
There’s also a red onion and rosemary vegan sausage pie with béchamel sauce and vegan cheese, as well as a gluten-free and veggie-friendly Bangin’ Bean Skillet with smoky baked beans, halloumi and an egg, baked in a skillet and topped with garlic potatoes, crispy kale and vine tomatoes.
All the pies come with a side of smoky baked beans, and you can also add on extras – including pigs in blankets, halloumi and vegan sausages – for £2.
Diners have an hour and a half to enjoy the brunch pie meal with bottomless drinks from their selection.
Cocktail fans can get unlimited Mimosas and Aperol Spritz as well as prosecco – or if you’re more of a lager fan, the brunch offer also includes Freedom Four Lager.
Pieminister have even added their own beer to the bottomless deal – so you can also have pints of Pie.P.A, which is brewed by their friends at Freedom Brewery.
The bottomless pie brunch is available every Saturday (plus the 2nd/3rd June bank holiday) until 17th September 2022 at Pieminister, 198 Deansgate, M3 3NE, priced at £25pp (or £11.50 excluding booze) for 90 minutes. Group bookings of 10 or more will include a 10% discretionary service charge.
