Street food stall Oh My Glaze, known on the Manchester street food scene for its sticky chicken wings and fiery sauces, is coming to the Trafford Centre this autumn.

From 29th October, Oh My Glaze will take centre stage in the new ‘hanger’ event space outside The Great Hall, which is being transformed into ‘SPOOKFEST’ for Halloween before undergoing a festive transformation for Christmas.

The menu will include wraps, burgers and chicken wings, all coated in their famous glazes – including Mexican Chipotle Chocolate and Spicy Banana Reaper.

There will also be a specially created ‘Dome Burger’, exclusive to the Trafford Centre.

Oh My Glaze, set up in 2015, is the brainchild of founder Scott Graham and actor Adam Thomas, best friends turned business partners who also own The Spinn in Gatley.

“From serving our famous Oh My Glaze wraps on the streets for five years we finally have a place we can call home: the iconic Trafford Centre,” said actor and I’m a Celebrity star Adam.

“We’re buzzing to be launching this new venture, and after looking for several sites to launch our first Oh My Glaze kitchen we felt the Trafford Centre was the place to be.

“There are so many exciting things happening in and around Manchester, especially at the Trafford Centre, and we felt we had to be in the mix.

“And so, here we are… expect the unexpected and be part of the next chapter with Oh My Glaze!”

Zoe Inman, centre director at the Trafford Centre, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled that Adam and Scott have chosen the Trafford Centre for their first ever Oh My Glaze kitchen.

“Scott and Adam are joining us at a really exciting time at the centre, as we prepare both the centre and our fantastic outdoor event space for Halloween and Christmas – and we’re sure that visitors are going to absolutely love what they’re bringing to the centre!”
