Annual Manchester fundraiser Mirror Ball celebrates its 10th anniversary – and YOU are invited to join in the celebration

Let’s be honest, we’ve all dreamed at least once of being an A-lister. The free clothes, the red carpets and the extravagant parties. Oh, the parties. We all want to know what the celebs get up to.

Fortunately for you, we’re about to make that dream come true.

Celebrating its 10th year of magic, the exclusive annual fundraiser Mirror Ball is extending an invitation to the public to enjoy the party of the year – and raise as much money for charity as possible.

The Mirror Ball began in 2010, founded by celebrity hairdresser and Forever Manchester ambassador Andrew Trott-Barn.

Hosted at the luxurious five star The Lowry Hotel, the event raises thousands of pounds each year for Forever Manchester – the one and only charity in the city that raises money to fund and support community activity across Greater Manchester.

And this year, to commemorate a full decade of kindness, the ball is opening up its tables to the public, offering you an opportunity to party with local celebrities and dine in true A-lister glamour.

Each year, the guest list gets more glitzy, with past performances from Gareth Gates, Faye Brookes and Shayne Ward.

“The Mirror Ball is a really great party – every year our guests come back to The Lowry Hotel and every year they tell us they wouldn’t miss it,” said Andrew Trott Barn.

“However a few of our stalwart guests are unable to attend this year and we felt that, as we enjoy our tenth year, this was the right time to open up the guest list.”

So, how do you bag a seat?

There are two table options to choose from, assuming you have nine or more friends, of course.

A Silver table costs £900, and seats 10 people. Each guest is provided with a drink on arrival, a four course dinner, three bottles of wine per table and a coffee post-dinner to ensure you have enough energy to boogie all night long.

The next level up is the Gold table, which costs £1500. Extra goodies for this option include treat bags for you and your guests, extra champagne for the table, and prime positioning for the stage performances.

Both types of tables will experience a wonderful evening of entertainment, including a live DJ, a raffle, an auction, and a fair few surprises throughout the night.

“We don’t anticipate the tables being available for long,” said Andrew.

As always, dressing to impress is essential. The dress code for this year is glam, glitz and sparkles, so get your shiniest frocks on be prepared for diamond-level festivities.

Taking place on the 6th of March, there’s not much time to grab your table, so be sure to get in touch soon to be in with the chance of an invite.
