M3 Perform in Salford has been helping to keep us lockdown lean from home over the past weeks, and raising funds for Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital at the same time.
They’ve been running virtual health and well-being classes for four months now, as well as popular outdoor classes over the past few weeks for those missing the experience of being put through their paces in real life sessions.
But now, fitness fans will be delighted to know that the gym, just across the road from the New Bailey, is reopening this weekend, with all the necessary safety measures in place to comply with government guidelines.
And to celebrate, you can get four sessions for just £29.
With access to some of the best coaches in the city, M3 Perform boasts impressive results working with busy professionals in the city.
This is a gym specifically built to get you amazing physical results, while creating a fun and social – as well as safe – environment for you to enjoy your training and achieve amazing results.
“We’re making sure we are ready to make the transition back as smooth and safe as possible” said M3 Perform director Ben Cartwright “but to also ensure that we’re providing an environment where everyone feels safe and comfortable.
“The health and wellbeing of everyone who walks through our doors has always been and will continue to be our number one priority throughout all of this.”
Safety measures include hand sanitisation stations as well as increased distancing and enhanced cleaning.
There are also extra measures in place, such as limiting numbers for classes, so that you can enjoy your workout as safely as possible.
Whether you’re looking for fat loss or strength training, you’ll find the perfect mix in the exhilarating group sessions, which are all about energy and atmosphere.
With two coaches and up to 12 people in each session, it’s everything you need to stay motivated, work hard and have all of the help you need to get fit, lean and strong with a combination of weights and high intensity training.
And if you’re not ready to hit the gym just yet, you can still join in from home.
“We understand that there may be some members that understandably may not want to return to the gym straight away so we will be maintaining an online element to our program to ensure everyone (regardless of their circumstances) will be able to maintain their training,” says Ben.
So there’s really no excuse now.
M3 Perform is reopening on 25th July, with a special offer of four sessions for £29.
