Platinum Blonde Jubilee Weekend

From next weekend, the cocktail bar & kitchen will host a variety of events every weekend, including live music Thursdays, plus an all new indie night every Friday.

The new roster of events all launch with a right royal rave next weekend, as the venue kicks-off with the Platinum Blonde Weekend in celebration of the Queen’s Jubilee Bank Holiday.

Located on Deansgate in the city centre, the speakeasy-style bar will treat guests to an inclusive, experience-led atmosphere with theatrical cocktails made with the finest ingredients, all paired with the best music in town, served alongside grown-up small plates which are designed to share.

PLATINUM BLONDE WEEKEND LINE-UP

Thursday - The Vine Sessions. Live music from 6pm.

To kick off the weekend, Rendition will host the Vine Sessions on Thursday evening, with the Six15 family band playing live from 8pm until 10pm.

Throughout the evening small plates are on offer at 3 for £15, with bottles of house wine available for just £15.

Friday - God Save the Queen @ When the Sun Goes Down.  

Friday will be the night for those wanting to celebrate in typical Mancunian fashion with a punk, indie and rock’n’roll soundtrack, as Rendition presents “God save The Queen for the Anarchist in you”, a Jubilee twist to their new Friday night special When the Sun Goes Down.

The event will take place from 6pm until 2am, and to get the party started, everyone will receive a free Platinum Blonde welcome cocktail upon arrival.

Saturday - The Get Down, a Platinum Blonde special. 

Getting in the Queen spirit, on Saturday all staff will host the Platinum Blonde special of the Get Down in the most royal of drag, and once again there will be a free Platinum Blonde cocktail for every guest on arrival. Throughout the day, there will be free glitter painting and live music from Six15, until 6pm.

When the sun goes down, it’s time for The Get Down. Rendition’s R’n’B DJs will hit the decks, and the basement bar will be open until the early hours, seeing rebels and revellers right through the weekend.

Sunday - Bring Me Back To Life - Industry Special.

To finish the weekend the right way, Sunday will host a one-off Sunday event with Bring me Back to Life industry special and will offer guests a free Jägerbomb on arrival, plus an industry discount for those that work within hospitality.

Rendition is open at 209 Deansgate from Thursday to Saturday weekly, the opening times are:

• Saturday: 10am - 2am
