A new lifestyle and activewear brand, Man Up Gymwear, is to launch with a bang on 26th November. The brand is the brainchild of Paul Boys, the Head Personal Trainer at Hale Country Club, and his business partner Matt Southall – the concept was born during one of their military training sessions.
The official website manupgymwear.com goes live on the morning of the 26th showcasing a range of products for men and women who take their training seriously. The collection showcases compression tops, shorts, racer back vests, hoodies and slogan tee’s specifically designed not only with flexibility and durability in mind, but for those looking to make a fashion statement!
The brand has already attracted a cult social media following, 8000 Facebook likes in the first 3 weeks emphasises this. The brand is aimed at people who want to lead a healthier lifestyle, take their training to the next level, push boundaries and stay dedicated to reaching their own personal goals. It is not just a product, it’s a way of life. The brand’s tone is indeed straight-talking and slightly controversial, but speaks in a voice with in depth knowledge of nutrition and training techniques.
Paul trains many famous celebrities, from professional footballers to athletes and soap stars. His passion for health and fitness started at the young age of 16 when he signed up for the military, serving as a frontline soldier all over the world, his first posting being Bosnia during conflict in 1997. From there he served in over 12 different counties but also managed to find a passion for health and fitness. At 18yrs old he represented his country as a biathlon/Nordic skier. Now Paul has turned his hand to most sports- football, boxing, triathlon, rugby, to name a few.
Paul Says; “Man Up Gymwear is a way of life, I have been training all my life. Everything is done by naturally pushing the limits of the body and human mind. The food we eat to provide us with the fuel to perform is as natural as can be. All our advice is based round this – delivered in a no nonsense fashion. We felt there was a need for an aspirational brand that focused on organic inspiration – our initial gymwear product range reflects this. We have launched with gymwear but we will follow this up with products in other areas soon – its an exciting time.”
Paul is one of the most qualified coaches in the country, and along with his business partner Matt Southall, an ex-Football Agent, Man Up Gymwear has arrived with attitude, arrogance and aspiration.
