Dim Sunday’s duck layer

Dim Sundays at Tattu Manchester is more than just a meal; it’s an event.

The four-course menu is presented in a beautiful manner, with dishes served in a stack of bamboo steamers that replicate a pagoda tower, creating a visually stunning centrepiece for the table.

The culinary adventure begins with the short rib san choy bao, a delightful starter featuring crispy shallots, chilli, and spring onion.

This is followed by an exquisite array of dim sum, including:

Scallop and Prawn Shumai: Enhanced with wasabi tobiko, a Vietnamese cracker, and nam jim.

Wagyu Beef Dumplings: Paired with sriracha, kimchi, and spring onions.

Shitake Xiao Long Bao: Infused with porcini, ginger, and garlic.

For the main event, guests will savour the Peking Duck Pancakes, accompanied by Szechuan sauce, cucumber, and spring onion, a favourite that never fails to impress.
