The Seasonal Specials menu boasts an array of innovative and enticing dishes to suit all tastes. Feast on Thai spiced crab and prawn cocktail with Sriracha mayo; king prawn parcels in Thai basil broth; and tender chilli lamb stir fried in sizzling woks with chilli, garlic, padrón peppers and runner beans.
Smoked duck and orange salad with a chilli dressing is fruity and fresh, the perfect entrée if you’re looking to start your meal with something light.
For mains, the red chilli beef fillet is a real highlight. The tender beef packs a moderate heat and is complimented perfectly by the soft, fluffy jasmine rice for an authentic Thai taste.
The Seasonal Specials menu is best enjoyed as a set menu and includes a small plate, a main, prawn crackers and unlimited rice or fries for £19.90 per person. Each dish is also available to order individually with small plate prices starting from £6.75 and individual main course from £12.95.
For groups of 8 or more, Busaba offer a range of dining menus from £19.90 per person. Enjoy a range of small plates, noodles, stir-fries, and curries, accompanied by prawn crackers and jasmine rice with dishes served to the middle of the table in true Thai style so diners can share each plate.
For larger parties, Busaba offers the option of private dining rooms, too.
Complementing the fragrant flavours and vibrant colours are a selection of holiday-inspired tipples.
