With the public being advised to stay away from public places due to the current coronavirus pandemic, gyms and health clubs across the world are being forced to close their doors.

But Manchester wellness club hero says this temporary closure doesn’t mean you can’t stay on track with your health and fitness goals and your workout routines.

Whether you are working from home or self isolating, it is key to stay active, they believe, for your mental and physical wellbeing. So hero Training Clubs is offering free live workout classes, streaming on the company’s Instagram page.

heroLIVE launched last night, with the first full day of classes today. The timetable includes yoga, HIIT and sculpt classes.

And they’re open to everyone, you don’t have to be a member.

The hero Training Clubs team will also be sharing holistic support such as breathing and meditation videos, guidance, articles and blogs.

The club’s expert teams say they will also be manning social media seven days a week, around the clock to help and support anyone who might be struggling; whether they need some advice on what healthy foods to prepare, advice on stretching, or just someone to listen to them if they are feeling a little down.

“While we know daily life is changing dramatically for a lot of people, the need to exercise and stay physically and psychologically healthy is not and that’s why, in light of various closures across the UK, we’re offering heroLIVE, free daily virtual fitness classes for everyone on our Instagram channel,” explains Joe Gaunt, CEO and founder of hero Training Clubs.

“These classes will be delivered by our world-class coaching team of experts and are designed to benefit everyone from a fitness new starter to a gym veteran.

“It’s times like these that we need to pull together and show solidarity, support and commitment to those around us. It’s our ambition is to deliver positive change by creating healthier and happier communities, one unique human at a time.

“The launch of heroLIVE is designed to help and support people maintain some level of normality or keep up a healthy lifestyle under these changing circumstances, whilst combining a range of mental, physical and social support services and tools.”
