Greater Manchester has seven new entries in the latest Good Food Guide, which features the best restaurants around the country.
There’s a 33 restaurant strong selection on offer, making it tricky to whittle down where to head. This is why we’ve put together a handy list of our very favourites below.
Adam Reid at The French, The Midland Hotel’s fine dining restaurant, makes it to the Top 50 restaurants in the country, climbing one place to number 17 since head chef Reid took over last year.
New entries to the 2018 edition include Where the Light Gets In, a restaurant with no menu, which endeavours to tell a story through a selection of unusual dishes and eclectic plates, opened in an old coffee warehouse in Stockport’s Old Town last year.
Here’s that list in full.
