Get the glitter out: Junkyard Golf Club gets all revved up for festival season

As we inch closer to the official start of summer, Junkyard Golf Club is getting ready to spend it on the road touring this year’s festivals in their brand new, pink, glittery caddy pick-up truck.
Dolled up Junkyard-style with the back of the pick-up converted into a mini-golf course, the pink festival truck looks set to cause quite a stir this summer.
To get festival-going Mancs in the mood, they’ve teamed up with free spirit festival make-up queens The Gypsy Shrine and Confetti Crowd to throw a special Glitter Ball party at their First Street venue on June 12th.
The event will officially kick off the team’s summer festival road trip in partnership with Love Support Unite which will see them travelling to Common People, Gottwood and more in their brand new, pimped-out VW ‘Golf’ Caddy.
They’ll be serving up exclusive glittery cocktails the Confetti and the Gypsy Shake on the night, created in partnership with Confetti Crowd and Gypsy Shrine and titled respectively.
On top of this, there’ll be special performances by entertainers, alongside a live DJ and photographer.
Head down to practise your golf and get that new summer profile pic sorted in one fell swoop. Yes, we’re talking glittery selfies with the new pick-up truck.
It starts at 7pm, and you can pick tickets up on the door or book a golf time slot here.
