Gaucho’s new Electro Brunch – for when your regular Saturday brunch isn’t quite extravagant enough

Everyone knows weekends are made for lie-ins and brunch. Sandwiches in the morning, scrambled eggs after noon, and an excuse to get tipsy before 11am. What’s not to love?

But sometimes it’s not quite extravagant enough.

That’s about to change because everyone’s favourite Argentinian restaurant Gaucho have introduced their brand new Electro Brunch menu.

Gaucho serves only premium Argentinian cuisine in lavish surroundings. Glass chandeliers hang low from the ceilings, crystal accessories glisten on every table, and the restaurant’s sleek black furniture just scream luxury.

Somehow, they’ve managed to up their game even further, and now present to you their latest take on the phenomenon of brunch.

At this point you’re probably wondering what’s on the menu.

Well, you can feast on chorizo sausage sandwiches, smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce, smashed avo on toast and everyone’s favourite staple breakfast food – the bacon sandwich.

For anyone with a bit of a sweet tooth, Gaucho have created an indulgent smoked chocolate ganache, served with dulche de leche and crunchy homemade meringue pieces.

But the best bit is that this brunch is no ordinary brunch because you can order anything and everything you want from the menu without limit for a set price of £52.50 – or go premium for £62.50. The price includes the extra love and glamour that is sprinkled over every dish served at Gaucho.

The award-winning restaurant has also introduced a special drinks menu to accompany their electro brunch feast, so you can sip away your troubles all day long with unlimited bloody marys, aperol spritzes and martinis.

Electro Brunch runs every Saturday from 11am to 4pm and is accompanied by live music from some of the most current house DJs in Manchester. Bookings can be made on their website. No deposit required. Just an appetite.
