Crazy Pedro’s will be serving up three of their signature dishes and a variety of their cocktails for one night only on Sunday April 3, as the venue takes over Solomons Cafe Bar in Withington.

The evening will feature £1 slices of a trio of favourites from their menu – Margherita, Pepperoni and Pedro’s World Famous Hot Dog Pizza. Cocktails will be on offer, served in Crazy Pedro’s signature US frat party-style red cups, at £5 each all night. A can of beer or Hooch and a shot will available for £4.50. Music will come from DJ Gareth Brooks.

The event is serving as the head wetting for Pedro’s boss Lyndon Higginson’s newborn Hendrix, so visitors should expect to hear tunes from the guitar icon in honour of the new arrival.

Brian from Solomons explains how the event came about. “The Pedro’s boys drink in Solomons and they kept leaving their stickers everywhere so we thought why not go one step further and get them to do a takeover,” he says.

April 3, from 8pm. Solomon’s Cafe Bar, 447-, 449 Wilmslow Rd, Manchester M20 4AN
