After a successful launch last week, Feel Good Club returns this Sunday on Instagram TV with a full day of self care activities to keep the whole family busy and feeling more positive.

The second show, which will run this Sunday, has family-friendly sessions throughout the day, as well as a fun music quiz. Feel Good Club hosts Aimie and Kiera will invite guests to share their tips on how the UK can help themselves feel good during isolation.

Guests include DJ and presenter Hattie Pearson, yoga instructor Joe Flinders, wellbeing coach Victoria Niamh Spence, and fitness instructor Giulia. They’ll be hosting classes and events to showcase their skills, with the opportunity for those watching to join in.

The show will start at 9am with a positive news bulletin hosted by Aimie and Keira, before moving on to sessions including mindfulness, yoga taught by five-year-old Freya and a family workout.

Hattie Pearson’s high energy music quiz will round off the day – so get your fancy dress and glitter at the ready.

One of the main drivers for starting Feel Good Club, say wife team Keira and Aimie, is because of a challenge most people face: the lack of education around mental health, and what it means to have a mental illness or to just feel low.

Throughout their adult life, they say, they found that people are so reluctant to talk about how they feel and their mission is to normalise talking about not only mental health but feelings in general.

So they are working hard to create a community of people who can talk about how they feel, whether it’s happy, sad, anxious or worried, and who encourage each other to find things that make them feel good.

This week’s show will be broadcast live on IGTV, from 9am on Sunday 29th March. Guests can tune in by following @wearefeelgoodclub
